Recipe of the Week - Chickpea, Avo and Feta Salad

I love chickpeas and i love avocados - this recipe is really easy and will only take you 5 minutes to make.

Preptime: 
5 min

Ingredients:
1 can of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
2 Avocados (cubed)
1/2 Cup cubed danish feta
2 Tablespoons Chopped Spring Onions
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, add salt and black pepper to taste. 

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with grilled fish or chicken
